This chapter provides information to help you operate WISDOM catalogue. This application uses a Graphic User Interface (GUI). The inputs and outputs of majority of features of this system are through the mouse, menus, screens and printouts. 

This chapter also deals with the GIS Web interface that you can browse Internet or Intranet. This is essentially used for viewing different types of sites in different states and basins. Input from the user is via keyboard input and mouse point and click. The user can navigate through the software by clicking on icons and links. The icons give appropriate responses to the given input. No other external input is required.

There are two ways to generate the DRF.
1. List Based selection
2. Map based selection

1. LIST BASED DATA SELECTION

This is one of the ways by which you can generate the DRF apart from Map based selection. The sequence to be followed to generate the DRF is as follows.
