User Login: 
On selecting the Message Board tab user is authenticated by his login and password as shown in Figure 1.

Forum List: 
After authentication, list of available forums and number of messages in each of the forums are displayed as shown in Figure 2

Messages in a Forum: 
When user clicks on a particular forum then figure 3 is displayed. Here user can see the list of messages in the current forum and post a new message in the forum.

View a message: 
After the user clicks on a message it is displayed as shown in Figure 4.

Posting/ Replying to the Message: 
When the user clicks the post reply forum link Figure 5 is displayed. Here user types his message and clicks on “Post Your Message” buttons. Any message posted by user (new messages as well as reply to existing message) has to be approved by administrator. Only after approvals will the message be visible in the forum message list.
