This Screen shows the object data browsing. User is
able to select the objects of his choice and add to cart.

Stations short-listed in the data availability screen are added to the shopping cart.

HDU has the options to add / remove data items from shopping cart, specify the data
dissemination media and purpose for which he is requesting the data.
