The aim of the WISDOM Catalogue
is to provide an interface to Hydrological Data Users
(HDUs) to search and browse for availability
of hydrological information, generate reports and graphs
and acquire desired information from the DSCs. This
is important for hydrological analysis. This information
is useful for decision-making to develop policies concerning
water. HDUs can avail of this user-friendly facility
to view, print and save data sent by the DSCs on request.
The catalogue contains the consolidated
meta-data of 31 DSC's along with search tools and a
browser engine.
The user interface is basically an
import/export engine for data transfer and exchange.
This user manual is specifically designed
for the users who will manage and validate the data
in the DSCs. It provides essential information on WISDOM,
its features and functionality. It can be used to know
how to:
 Browse
for data using the metadata
Request
DSC for data
Online (Web based) / Offline Search
and Selection via LAN, Internet, Intranet and Remote
Login are available.
Search can be carried out based on
keywords, List boxes, Combo boxes, and multiple selections.
User will be authenticated for this module.
