Static Data Availability
Figure 1 - Static data availability with

Clicking on the link Site
Name sorts all the sites alphabetically.
The User can select a particular site in the list box
provided as shown in Figure 1 and see all the attribute
information available for that site as shown in Figure
2.

Every site has been provided a link such that, when the
User clicks on a site the State, basin, district etc
are displayed as shown in Figure 3.

If the User clicks on the link More Details provided
for each site then the sub-attributes for the attribute
are displayed along with check boxes. The User can select
the sub-attributes using the check boxes provided for
each sub-attribute. Figure 4 shows the sub-attribute.
The User can select the sub-attributes and these sub-attributes
are sent along with the data request file for the data
dissemination. The User can sort by attribute like Casing
and then select some of the parameters as shown in
Figure
4. After selecting the parameters, if the user clicks
on the "Submit" button then the parameters for all the
sites having the same attribute get selected.

Each and every link will be explained separately
Site Name
This link sorts the sites short-listed by alphabets
in totality i.e. this sort function will bring the
User back to the first page. However a list box has
been provided beneath the Site Name hyperlink wherein
all the sites are populated. The attribute for the
site queried is displayed.

Attribute
If the User sorts by attribute then the attributes
are sorted alphabetically and all the attributes are
populated in the list box. The User can sort by a
particular attribute and all the sites having the
same attribute are displayed. The number of records
per page has been set to 10, so the number of pages
are displayed accordingly as shown in Figure 7.

Frequency
Frequency is available for equidistant time series
data. Clicking on the frequency link displays all
the frequency and the User can shortlist with respect
to a certain frequency.
Date Selection
Facilitates the User to shortlist further on the
dates within the time period for which the data is
available. The date selection has been further reclassified
under three categories namely
- User defined date selection
- Pre defined date selection
- Specific month selection
The User can get this interface by
clicking on the link Date Selection in the Options
column.
Figure 8 displays the Date Selection
interface.
By default the User defined date selection interface
gets loaded where the User just picks up the date
from the calendar control provided adjacent to the from
and to text boxes.

Advanced Selection
This pertains to the request for the sub-attribute
of an attribute. For example, if the User wants a
DRF generated for texture in a well litholog then
he does it through the advanced selection. Figure
18 depicts the interface for advanced selection
Select All
Clicking on the Select All link selects all the sites
in the current page
Deselect All
Deselects whatever selection has been made by the
User
Invert Selection
Inverts the active selection
